お手持ちのiPadまたはiPhoneにAppleストアからiheartアプリ（無料）を入手した後、Bluetooth(ブルートゥース) をオンにしてiHeartデバイスと同期してください。測定時にはiPhone/iPadがインターネットに接続されている必要があります。
